PREPARATIONS - Before You Start the Application Form
Step 1｜Check the Form Process
Please note that the application form will time out after approximately 50 minutes, and progress cannot be saved.Therefore, please have the following information and files ready before you begin .Reviewing the Application Form Manual (PDF) will help you understand the process before starting.
Step2｜Prepare Application Information
Make sure that the form filler’s information, artist information, and artwork details are ready, along with the following:
Artwork details: title, year, description
Artwork images in the required format: JPEG / PNG, max. 1200px on the longest side, 500KB–2MB
Please note that any file that exceeds these limits will result in an error and will not be able to proceed with the submission. Please refer to the manual for ways to resize image files.
Step3｜Prepare an online sources or PDF Portfolio [Optional]
You may provide your website or submit a PDF (max. 10MB) introducing your past work. A template is available here (.doc).
